Hello! Hope the tooth is still being quiet-ish, as for wishing you'd done more, sooner, too late to change anything this time, but hold that feeling for "stuff" you do in the future.
Dug over about half of the postage-stamp sized bit of garden this afternoon. Only took about half an hour, but had it not been for all the roots, grass etc to dig out it would have been *so* much quicker - it really is a tiny area! The biggest problem we have (and another reason why it took so long!) is that the whole area is covered with masses of small bulbs - they flower white in the early spring, single flower per head but there are absolutely loads of them, so when you dig over you have to make sure you get as many as possible out! It's a bit :wall: sometimes! Anyhoooo, we also gave our compost bin a good old stir, and...guess what?! It's full of compost! Yay! Admittedly, there are a fair few pretty recognisable eggshells, and I think I saw a bit of apple (probably was right on one side at the top so hasn't composted as it should) but most of it was just great - so about a third has been scooped out and used, and the remainder stirred about well. We'll do the rest of the digging next weekend. :j I'm feeling all fired up for the idea of getting it sorted now - thanks for inspiring me! :kisses3:

I'm all for happy notes, Pippi - that sounds horrible - with added sick feelings _pale_ .... and thats why I went to your blog, because I remember you saying you *needed* to write it to keep your hand in for the thesis. Good for you - that really is taking care of yourself.

I'm pretty grand, bl**dy worn out though! Well done on writing :T I've been writing conclusions on train <yawn> In work again tomorrow, will take introduction on train, then working at home Wed/Thurs, so have a few hours in the evening to get conclusions all done. Quite scary, but facing the prospect that this might actually all be over and done with soon (but don't speak too soon...)
Glad yours is getting there! Plodding along, mouse bites, that's what it's all about...
Glad tooth and DD alright, sounds like she's enjoying herself! :T :T0
