I got them to confirm in a email that I would not need further insurance as proof of postage would be enough despite them saying it only covers a certain amount in the even of loss, I then went against this and sent it recorded just so i could have proof.

I ordered black kenley boots and both feet had marks all over them but mainly the toe area and that's why i sent them back. I then ordered from cloggs and they also had marks on but i do now think it's a flaw with the kenley and it's down to the material style of the boots and packaging etc

No problem with quality or anything,definately genuine Uggs,they just didnt fit...altho i have a pair of Ugg classics size 5.5. that fit perfectly, the Ugg Cardy in 5.5 were very loose and floppy,thats why ive had to return them...only took the risk because they advertised free returns too.:mad:

I didn't bother to wait any longer for delivery. They use HDNL, after over a week and still no joy and went and bought them elsewhere.

A couple of comments have been posted on their FB page and Shudoo's reaction is quite strange, threathening a poster they will be removed as a friend because she was commenting about her lost return which is not solved.

I agree not great CS if threatening to remove them off the FB page, but if issues are there it needs to resolved, but then it is a two way thing and need to hear other side too.

I made sure it was the correct size as went to try the style in a shop.

as for delivery with busy periods, but i would hope it would come in 4-10 working days Max!
ordered 11th Saturday Night so will post back when they arrive.

What I did find strange, is that stock levels changed to in stock, out of stock, in stock during the weekend; so maybe they have people updating stock during the weekend too?

I was wondering what the delivery was like on these. I also ordered over the weekend and the money has been taken straight away yet the account says processing. Im hoping they arrive quick as i'm going on holiday at the weekend, so won't be in to collect them.

mine took bout 4 days. bit slow but got there in the end, they have a facebook page that they reply to questions on too

I ordered a pair of Sundance for my girlfriend.
Bought last Monday and received on the Thursday.
I've ordered a size 5.5, what size are they in UK sizes? I couldn't really find a definitive answer on the net.
