So I settled on a pair of Tall Chocolate Uggs in the end. I broke my ankle recently and still recovering so having nice warm flat boots is a real treat. As a side, I got an email from Shudoo apologising for all the hassle and have offered me £30 in credit. Better than nothing and I think it was the right thing to do so I am pleased.

I had to phone them to obtain a free delivery label..BTW,my delivery took around 1 week,but my return/refund is taking much longer,i wont ever use Shudoo again,they advertise free delivery/return,but make free return very complicted..boots i returned to Javari on the same day as Shudoo have been processed and refunded by Javari..apparantly Shudoo havent even received theirs yet!..good luck,hope the phone number helps.
Just to add to the comments re Shudoo returns service, have also had an appalling service and am very frustrated waiting for my refund. It took a while to get the return label and I posted them using the Shudoo returns process on 29/11, which should have taken 3-5 days. I appreciate that there are issues with post due to the weather, but nearly 2 weeks later they still aren't showing as being delivered, let alone refunded! I don't know why so many people are having issues with not only the delivery as well as the actual refund element of the process but clearly it's poor, slow and unreliable.
I would not recommend and will not be reusing (right now I just want the parcel to get delivered and get my refund) - on the other hand I do keep hearing great things here about Javari.0 -
I completely agree, I have been waiting for over two weeks now for a refund, i've called Shudoo and they can'y confirm if the have recieved the boots, so i just have to wait until they decide to give me my money back. Not impressed at all. Javari are so much better, didnt have a problem with them whatsoever.0

Off the top of my head I think it says on the website to allow 28 days for a refund but it didn't take that long to receive mine. Why 28 days I will never know as it can't take that long to do it.The best things in life are for FREE!!!If you like what you see and find this info useful, please use the thanks button. I would be quite happy if I get a refund within 28 days. It just worries me that they advertise a refunds service that they have set up for that very purpose that apparently hasn't got the boots back to them in 14 days. And looking at other posts here and on Facebook there seem to be quite a few people equally disgruntled but who have had no issues whatsoever with Javari. Like others on this site I am a very experienced web shopper and can honestly say I have never had any problems like this - unfortunately this is the most high value item, and what's worse it's a xmas pressie.0

I would write comments on their Facebook page. It an open forum so they won't like the bad press especially if it's the same problem over and over again!0

Thanks for the tip. Hopefully that will help others avoid repeating our experience. I only wish I'd known before ordering (or even refunding). Is Shudoo still being referenced on the main Ugg page on the main site? If so maybe something could be added to say that Shudoo are getting mixed reviews re distrubution / refunds. I think I like others may have been lulled into a false sense of security because they are an authorised dealer without checking out the end to end process.0

Same problem here. I returned my Uggs with the free return label 3 weeks ago, and shudoo claim they haven't received it and I have to chase it up with the PO. They also "forgot" to send me the Ugg cleaning kit, I had to chase this up and arrived 2 weeks later
I will never use them again!No toiletries spend in 2011.
So far spends....£0!0 -
again, why are you refunding in the first place, poor quality, wrong size, etc. etc.0
