what is the process with them, place order and wait 4-10 days.
if nothing then chase up via email, phone etc.

tell me about it..i am fed up of emailing them..surprised they don't have a phone number as it would be ringing alot.
They told me today by email that it will be here next week...i wanted my party shoes for last friday for my xmas party so waste of time now anyway

I had to phone them to obtain a free delivery label..BTW,my delivery took around 1 week,but my return/refund is taking much longer,i wont ever use Shudoo again,they advertise free delivery/return,but make free return very complicted..boots i returned to Javari on the same day as Shudoo have been processed and refunded by Javari..apparantly Shudoo havent even received theirs yet!..good luck,hope the phone number helps.

should have just brought from Office Shoes with 10% discount, still more expensive but premium for service, but code now expired ;-(

I am having a bit of a row with them on facebook. Really bad advertising for them if you ask me. They won't do anything about my order I just keep getting the standard bad weather reply. Funny how everything else I have ordered has turned up. Even from an Amazon order yesterday that was delivered this morning.
I could do with some support on the facebook page if you are still waiting for your order. I'm sure they think I am the only one.

Yes, you're right. I am going to buy them today at the shops. Cheaper is not always better if you have to wait for ages. I guess you get what you pay for in the end!

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THEM WHEN YOU GET THEM!!!! I got the kenley black in a 4.5 from shudoo and they had marks all over the toe area on both feet. I returned them for a exchange and unlike promised only received a refund. I then got another pair from cloggs and the same happened all marked on the toe area so sent them back and still waiting for them to receive them over a week later for my refund. I then changed my mind on the design and went for tall classic but decided to buy from a shop so i went to bank and guess what marked on one of the toes and it was the last pair other than display. I noticed that schuh had the sundance reduced to £200 from £230 so i ended up getting them after giving them a good check over from the shop with student discount on top so in total saved £50 from original price.

Your welcome. I took photos before i sent them back, i tried to put one on to show you but I don't have a clue how to do it. Even in a shop make sure you check them. I think the suede is going to be a major problem with the kenley as i noticed when i was looking in a shop that they seem very easy to mark and for the price you want them to look decent. I asked a shop advisor about it and she said a friend of hers had the short ones and they are just a mess so that's why i decided to go for a different style. I'm disappointed as i really like the kenley but i wasn't going to pay for something to look a mess in no time.

So I settled on a pair of Tall Chocolate Uggs in the end. I broke my ankle recently and still recovering so having nice warm flat boots is a real treat. As a side, I got an email from Shudoo apologising for all the hassle and have offered me £30 in credit. Better than nothing and I think it was the right thing to do so I am pleased.
