Percy got his knickers in a twist. It all ended perfectly amicably when we agreed he was a parasite but that it didn't matter as he owns the TV and the DVD's.
haha - i remember that now, he's the chap that blames being born in 1983 for not being able to buy his own house...

he calls anyone a parasite if they have anything that he doesn't have - that's just because he's jealous or has few bags of chips on his shoulders...

    That's the one!

    Nice enough chap. <cough>
Not much going on up top though.
Seems to love throwing around the insults but gets a bit uppity, sorry, VERY uppity when it's pointed out he's standing in the middle of a very large glass house with a big brick in his hand.

I am sure there is many people with more belongings than me and I assure you they aren't all parasites, if I remember that it was the people who owned more houses than they needed to live get called.

As for being born in 1983, this hasn't stopped me buying, just meant I have had to work harder to get there.

You will find most of your bull friends have actually accepted I am not a moaning youngster sitting here doing nothing about it. I have actually got my partener and I into an excellent posistion well ahead in both the size of house and age of the average FTB. (I will admit mr Bravo really doesn't approve of our joint methods, lets not go back down that road)

In short we have saved approx £18k as houses have dropped that much since peak here, we have 2 nice cars fully paid for and will have the deposit for our 3 bed semi very soon. The plan is all coming together and I am looking forward to the rest of my life.

    All is good here.

See, you don't need to just take my word for it. Percy's very pleased with himself. He's manoeuvred her into paying his debts off. He's even got her happy with it (apparently), but I'm not sure she knows what's going on.
He's got lots of spreadsheets to make sure he doesn't keep track of who pays what and to help bewilder the OH.
He should write a book on it.

This is where you keep getting it wrong mr Bravo.

You just don't see that we have joint together out finances which has benefitted both of us with our joint plans for the rest of our lives.

Yes in the short we combined debts and are paying them together, to which in the short term yes she is paying part of my debt, but it has saved us thousands in interest compared to what we would both be paying. As the accountant of the couple my excel skills are higher to which I maintain the spreadsheets mostly. I do still find it insulting that you keep saying my other half must be stupid as I have hoodwinked her into paying my debts, as I keep telling you we reviewed our finances and made a plan which benefitted us most as a couple.

Is it so odd that a couple doesn't keep all finances completely seperate to the penny? you may not work like that but we are happy.

It does seem this glass house of mine you speak of is actually a rock solid plan, is that what upsets you?
