How many people bought a 3kg bag of salt that was on offer as yoiu walked into the store????
Well, it was priced at 98p But if you bought 3 separate 1kg bags, same make on the shelves in the store they wee 23p each!!!!!!!!!

a lot of 'offers' that appear to be bargains turn out to be bogus.

a lot of the time if you check the shelf label for the cost per gram or per item (like per roll in a pack of toilet roll for example) then the smaller packs often turn out to be better value than the bigger 'offer' packs.

None of those, this is a vent forum so I am venting! Just so fed up with Stores putting special offers in prominent positions whilst their regular items are better value! This salt offer was right across the entrance, you had to walk round it and we had just had a severe frost warning here in Lincolnshire.
