Not quite yet, still saving my deposit, just glad to see things not go upwards to be honest. Of course any drop is welcomed as it reduces the needed deposit and of course total mortgage and therefore gives lower monthly payments for the next 25 years or so.

I thought your house was in / near Maidstone? That's SE, not E. And the SE fell 1.2% in a month....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I believe Maidstone is in Kent, Kent increased by 0.3%.0 -
Can someone please explain what this sentence in the BBC article means?
"Prices remained 3.4% lower than a year earlier, but this figure has now shrunk for five consecutive months."
Can't make head nor tail of it.0
