    They are selling bags in most garden centres got mine for 4.99 a bag but people are going mad buying trolly loads.

    We live at the bottom of a hill in a cul de sac and we have been told by our council that we have not been selected to receive a hippo bag full of grit. Well what a surprise !!!!!.

    It is not free (it is paid for by all council tax payers) and you can be prosecuted if you use it anywhere bar a public road.
