Of course one point with all the i never new i had to pay and the provider has knocked something off my bill or i will scream .Is that the actual costs of legitimate usage are then shoved on to all the other users who actually RTFM .

We just take a couple of pay as you go sims - impossible to run over but means that important family members can reach us if needed.

Take your phone abroad and buy a Pay As You Go SIM card locally. Stick it in your phone, Robert is your mother's brother.

You say all you did was check email and facebook... what phone do you have? Was it using data in the background like most smart phones will do?

Have to agree ! Also most emails have embedded attachments and facebook is very thirsty looking at 150 kb just for opening it !
