ihave had 6 cancellation emails for 2 orders, the customer service person said they reordered them for me and i will get them then 3 hours later more cancellation emails ..................... i'm lost :undecided0 -
I'd like to say me 4, but unfortunatley all I received today was our free local paper through the door.
I've just looked at 'my account' on their website and it still shows the DHL wording, but still no DHL tracking number listed.

As i previously mentioned i never received a cancellation email but the other standard email where they apologised for running out. Well, i've just received my game! Great bargain, thanks OP!0

Mine has just been delivered too. Must say a thumbs up for Tomy, they've obviously pulled out the stops so as not to let down too many of its customers.0
