well i placed an order for one , and then went back on to order two for a work colleague on my account, the two got dispatched to her and my order was cancelled.

mine being placed first i would have expected it to be completed and not the one placed about 40 mins later :mad: but then maybe because it was more money it was honoured

Thats really wrong! I ordered 3 and it was still cancelled and I emailed and complained but they still wouldn't honour it! so doubt it was value, but that does seem very unfair!:(

I ordered very early on just the one game then later on another game and 2 Thomas pullbacks. Had a cancellation email for the second order but not heard anything about the other order so will have to wait and see I guess

I have emailed because i didnt order the game just the thomas pullbacks and they are looking into why mine was cancelled because the trains are still on there to buy. At least they are trying to help.

I DID receive a cancellation email and yet my game just got delivered to me by DHL!

I ordered as soon as it was posted here, got a cancellation email yesterday but DHL just delivered it? Good luck to everyone
