I didnt order quack shot i ordered the thomas pullbacks and got a cancellation, i've emailed and asked why as they were still available to order the day after i placed my order, so we shall see, weirdly on the email i got it also tells me about the despatch time.

Mine too, says will be with me in 4 days!! just after it told me that it had been cancelled. I logged in and had a look and it has a link to DHL to track, (which I got excited about), but then where consignment no should be it says n/a. never mind! not great, money has gone from my account too, I just checked. If they only had a certain amount why wouldn't it just show oos when that amount had sold!

I also received the cancellation e-mail.

Normally I don't moan about receiving a cancellation e-mail; however in this instance, a number of people on this thread were unable to buy the item because it was showing as out of stock. I don't understand why some were stopped from purchasing the item and yet others were allowed only to be declined two days later.

Me too! although my main disappointment is that I had 2 errors pop up as I was trying to check out saying the stock levels had meant that my basket had been altered... so if they were able to alter my basket according to stock items why did they allow me to buy and PAY for oos items??

Plus I would have liked the notification of the cancellation before they dispatched the remaining one toy on my order as really I don't want it by itself. URGH!

Yep after my 2 hours trying to order the other day I now have that cancellation email too. Really unimpressed!!

Received my cancellation of order email this morning and I have just received a second email off them saying sorry for the cancellation and reminding me about free delivery - I don't think I'll bother :mad:
