I got email confirmation same day as application.About two days later a written dual fuel contract.

On the 24/11 written confirmation that the electricity switch was to be 1/12. Still waiting for the gas switch but they told me on the phone it would be 15/12.

I got no email confirmation at all.

Just written confirmation which arrived about a week after I did the switch online (through Topcashback).

its a week now for me since singing up, still nothing from EDF ,

They give you a 14 days cooling off period so you can't do much until that is up. I expect they are snowed under with people changing to them now they've extended their freebie.
