  • Sounds good to me, but depends if people's % are based on the year or the month?!

I would work mine monthly, but Becs is doing 60% reduction by Dec 2011. Guess she could work out what she would have to do monthly to be making her targets? We know how she loves to play with figures anyway :p

    Friday check in?

  • I'm paid monthly too, just making suggestions really, I'll go with the majority, just wondered if people might forget about the challenge if there isn't a regular check in!

I just wondered how people would post their progress? For example I would work monthly so would possibly be:

    Aim: 10% to debts
    Actual: 15% to debts

    Something like that?! :o

Or do people want to work in figures?:

    Aim: £200 to debts
    Actual: £300 to debts

  • Wow Woo that is a lot to be paying each month!

I think I will work in both % and £ so that everyone understands me! :p

I'm trying to set my target but hoping to only be a debt buster for the trial month and then a saver after that...

Ok my target for the trial (dec 2010) is 100% debt reduction (meaning £571.72), but then can I change my target after the trial pretty please?!

Yes Pennies it is impossible lol!

I don't think this challange is going to work for me, but I don't want to be left out :)

The amount I can pay changes every month.

How do I turn that £851.69 into a monthly percentage, I take home £1289.48 (is it 66.6%?)?

I was right! I need to put 66.5% of my monthly salary towards debt, after interest! Can I go with the percentage not the figure, it looks less scary!
