Hi everyone. Feeling a lot better today, thank goodness! House looks like a bombsite. DH has done his best, but dear oh dear!
Wanted to say thank you for the pink champagne and a card idea. How I'm feeling about DD1 just now is just awful. She was down from uni in the summer hols. created chaos, borrowed a load of money, went back to uni, and we've not had a phone call since. Since DH and I (and the kids) are very supportive of her (considering she is 22yo) we all feel quite hurt by it. Really feel it's a one sided relationship and I am starting to feel resentful about buying Christmas presents for her etc. <<sigh>> I do wish it wasn't like this. She's lovely really, but this behaviour is not only typical, it seems to have become a habit.
Anyway. Enough rattling on. I've probably just got post flu blues and that's why it's bothering me so much.

Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.0 -
Mollina we have a resident harvest mouse in our garden and every now and again he trys to get in the house. But we have those plug in mouse repellant things all round the house, and they actually seem to work quite well. Maybe you could look at something like that if the poison isn't working. It's also more humane for them as it doesn't kill them it just stops them from coming indoors.

Just found list and I think I am leaving it until tomorrow. Today I have done the dailies, been through the children's room and hallway. Also cleaned husbands car so now have a twingey back. Its close to the school run so I'm off to have a cuppa, hang the curtains back up in the hallway, remake children's beds, make tea.... I haven't stopped and I could cry, actually I have.:cool:0

Ok. Thats me done for a while. I feel as though I've made good progress today. Now for the school run, garden centre to buy a trug for mums christmas present and swimming lessons. Study and ironing can wait till later (or tommorow!) Must this evening dig out certificates and photocopy ready for tommorow when I start my Nvq 3.
