Crickett por you, you have been poorly haven't you. nasty combination of things to have too - I had Flu and Tonsilitus together a couple of years back and that was horrible so I sympathise.
Claire I'm sure you were a great comfort to your cousin - hopefully now today is over things may get a little easier.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Just back from Cardiff, quick check in.
Claire - you wear me out! like the sound of all those beads
Pickle. Well done, how exciting.
Lara - you should be shouting that not whispering.
MGs Mum, thank, hope you are well. I havent owned a TV for 2 years - its great. Never worn a watch for 2 years either. Amazing how liberating it can be.
EH - what is there to apologise for? You got 50% more done than if you hadn't set the challenge - so what you have learned is that you set your sights way to high. Its good to stretch yourself but you dont want to snap.

well I guess you are having lovely cuddles right now. I have butterflies of excitement thinking of you together
Now how strange is this? Last night I told you the story of my Nan and Bright Eyes. First thing I heard on the radio this morning? Bright Eyes then went in to work, Bright Eyes on the canteen radio, sat at my hotdesk and Bright Eyes being hummed by the man opposite. As sad as this sounds because I am not a big believer in the weird (not wonderful) I am beginning to think that My Nan is around looking after me. Whenever I have big decisions to make I hear that song. I am convinced she is telling me that my current thinking is on the right lines. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
Guys, I can't keep up at the minute so well done to all the people who are having successes of various descriptions and my sincerest condolances to those having a hard time of it with anniversaries.
I'm not currently doing a 50/100 day challenge, so am thinking of setting myself one. Maybe 50 days. Hopefully, it will make me focus on things.
And :rotfl: @ Seniormoment A.K.A. MemoryGirl's mum. Thanks for the update, but tell her next time she decides to take one of those weeks, she needs to post to tell us that's she's biting her lip first...I wasn't half tapping my fingers waiting to hear about her outrageous plans. And glad to see that you are well after all your hospital visits.
Please call me 'Pickle'

She has been challenged to go a whole week on a "low information diet". That means no email, no mobile phone, no internet and no television or radio.
She has got lots of things done in the house and with the boys, but I know she is itching to get back online as she wants to source an aquarium pump for a project with her wee ones and keeps saying "I should tell Firewalker this, or ClootiesMum need to her that" hahaha.
The house is covered in Mind Maps - so I am sure she will have loads to tell you when we let her have her laptop back.

AKA Memory Girls Mum
Thank you for the update, Seniormoment - love the name, by the way!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Glad everything is OK. It will be interesting to hear from MG how her week went.
I find the internet very addictive. I have decided to try logging in just once a day for a week and then I'll see how much more I can get done. My to do list seems to grow ever longer and my tada list always weems the same length!! Also life is busier just now as I've taken on more commitments so something has to give!!
I'll see how it goes and how strong my determination is!
Big hugs to everyone

Hey
How was Leyla's first night? Where are the piccies?
Clare - make sure you do actually rest while you're signed off. Don't go back early!
Keep smiling and TGIF(You're beginning to understand where I got my chat name from now aren't you
)

Mornin' Matrix - yawns - soooo tired this morning.
Crickett - glad to see your post, was wondering if you were okay. Sorry to hear you're poorly, rest-up and take it easy.
Clare - your poor cousin, thinking of you both.
Fantasia - hope Leyla has had a reasonably settled night - what a lot is going on in her world at the moment.
Inapickle - I haven't set myself a challenge this time either but instead am just focusing on one thing -"the house". Smart target fans will be throwing their hands up in horror but it seems to be working for me - every little job I do is classed as a success
Cheri - hope your are not too tired after your days away.
TMIF and all you other working peeps - remember today is POETS day - p*ss off early tomorrow's Saturday.
Today I have to take ds to the docs to get his next doctor's certificate and take it down to Social Services. This is his 2 year anniversary of dropping out of 6th form, what a nightmare time that was - doctor's appointments, psychiatrists, psychologists - you name an 'ologist, we saw them
. Still, onwards and upwards and all that. Speak later folks.

What a brilliant way of putting it!

Cheri - wow it sounds spooky but in a good way
Crickett - hope you're feeling better soon x
Fantasia - Can't wait to see some pics and I hope you're enjoying lots of cuddles with Leyla :j
Not much to report (again - but I suppose no news is good news)
Just spent an hour out in the card cutting back some dead heads etc, stuff I didn't do in autumn. Looks a wee bit tidier out there. DD is at pre school, needs picking up in a hour, mindee off sick so I have a second unexpected day off. Need to go and clean the bathroom and put the vac round.
Try to check in later for an update from Fantasia
Lots of positive vibes to you all xI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Hi everybody, wow AM I ever in a good mood lol.
There is a massive dog in my living room and I've got slobbery drool all over my keyboard.
Do I care.
You betcha life I don't.
She is the most obedient, beautiful, loving cuddly girl.
Absolutely stunning with a nature to match.
She did'nt actually arrive till 1 this morning, as they had vehicle trouble on the way north and had to call AA. But heyho, she was all the sweeter for having to wait a little longer.
She' is so laid back she is horizontal and at the moment she has her head on my knee looking up at me with adoring brown eyes.
This was ABSOLUTELY the right decision, the right dog came at the right time so again to Cherisong, thank you is not enough, and neither is being grateful. There is nothing I could do to repay the encouragement and advice you gave me because it was beyond price, above rubies.:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j.
I think you a very wise lady and I couldn't have asked for a nicer catalyst, push, nudge or whatever its called.
Right thats enough of me waxing poetical.
How is everybody? Hope everyone has a productive day whatever you are doing.
And I wish everyone could feel the way I do right now.
Am a sentimental so & so :rotfl:
Positive vibes to everyone. Yay, go me lol0
