Phew tuckered now - I think a TADA list is in order:

    My wardrobe decluttered
    My 3 drawers decluttered
    My side of bed decluttered
    Airing cupboard decluttered

    4 binbags later :eek::eek::eek:

Now, just need to get oh to declutter his sheeeeoite (said in strong irish accent) :rotfl:. All suggestions on how to get hoarders to part with their stuff greatly welcomed.

Hope everyone is having a good day, Thriftyxxx

No idea but when you find out let me know :rotfl::rotfl:
Just had a session of "I cant find............. why is it I can never find anything?" my answer Erm because you are the carrier bag filling king of the UK and never throw anything away, thus everything is just stuffed in cupboards etc?"

Nuisance away Cheri we will be pleased to help. You have us all intrigued.

I am rejoining the real world of work (or at least I hope so) just completed my application to be restored to the Solicitor's Roll and pursuing some job ideas - early days yet but I have decided I have to stop messing about trying new stuff and return to what I am qualified to do and earn some money (just hope that the work is a bit more enjoyable than it was before :) ) At least I will enjoy the money!

Good luck DT, do you specialise in a certain area. Perhaps you could pick and choose what you do (after all you have managed so far, whats a few more weeks). I think that you would make a great childrens advocate lawyer or something along those line though I obviously have no idea what you specialise in.

    Today I have
Set up raised feeder for Leyla.
Sorted giant dog bed complete with 'Paws' blanket.
Been to my local DIY with OH's discount and purchased 2 bags of WAGG. (Thanks Cherisong)
Been to butchers for tripe, which is stored in freezer in garage.
Acquired for free 2 dozen free range eggs. (very MSE
Bought numerous tins of sardines and some natural yoghurt.
I hope this Dane realised how lucky she is, poor baby is very skinny and is going to need built up slowly, hence all the above.

Bought parrot food, exhorbitant price, sooooooo need to find somehwere to get this cheaper without scrimping on quality.

All in all, not a bad afternoon, was working this morning. Go me :rotfl:

Wise decision, DT. Hope you enjoy it better this time. Funnily, I wanted to be a solicitor - think it was because I did not want to finish my PhD. But this was a long time ago. Now I just want to grow up one day.

Also Fantasia, sounds as though Leyla is going to have a lovely new home when she's feeling up to it.

Well done Claire! A bargain is always good!

Hope all your travels go well Cheri!
