Excuse me for dropping in, everyone.
By coincidence, someone told me yesterday, the largest Tesco in the UK, is in Worsley, i think, a megastore? with another Tesco's planned for Leigh, which is set to be the largest on the Uk. I thought they were odd locations, for large stores, but i'm sure they will have done their research. But my ' source ' may have been wrong.

Ooh :Tmegastore sounds like my kind of store off to google :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you, you're all so lovely. A big MWAH x to you all. It would be so easy for us to think "oh we've got an extra £270 a month to spend on carp" (yep the Land Rover cost that much!!!!) but I want to be sensible, the same way once we paid off our CC's a few years ago we vowed never to go back. So here's raising a glass to all of you who are following in the footsteps - you're making progress to DFW life
Gemmzie - hugs for you. Hope today is a better day for you xI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Bitsy Beans, everytime I hear that someone has paid off their 'negative wealth' I feel so good. Why do people think that sharing good news is 'rubbing noses' instead 'showing the way and filling you with hope'? Go figure.
Thanks for sharing this anyway - you gave me hope.

HELP!
I am in a middle of studying for exams and running out of time. I know it is now too late for this round to acquire new learning skills but I really want to be better equipped next time.
I have been looking at different speed reading books. Can peeps please recommend me any (and of course I do have MG's book and intend to get the other one)."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

If you can wait until Xmas I should have finished my online Speed Reading Course -meaning you can have it as a Xmas present of course :rotfl:
In the meantime - Tony Buzans book "Speed Reading" is probably the way to go because he introduces speed and range reading (choosing an appropriate speed for the material IYSWIM). It's a bit dry, but has the strongest principles.
If you can't find it - then I have a copy I can get back from a student I'm working with

Thanks all.
My car decided to go haywire on the way to work yesterday and it might need a new engine, meaning it'll wipe a huge chunk out of our house deposit - again. So please cross everything that it's cheap to fix so we can still have our house! If it dies, I'll have to get a car on finance you see so no mortgageNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
