Good evening all,
thank you for your support and positive vibes - it all seems to be working nicely. Remember my keynote in Warsaw last week? Well, a colleagues met somebody who was at the conference and the feedback is extremely positive. Thank you - your support means very much to me - and it works; because knowing that so many people are rooting for me makes me change from within according to the law of correspondence. Remember, 'as above, so below'; 'as within, so outside'.
You all give me courage and determination that I did not know I am capable of; and this is how one get to play with the big boys and girls.
Hope you are all well and keeping warm. I am more convinced than ever that together this group can achieve anything our hearts desire.

I couldn't agree more, particulary after today. Remember one of my 50 day challenges was to decide if I should apply for the promotion. Well got interviewed and got told this morning I was being offered it on a 6 mnth basis initially:T win-win if everyone is happy I continue and if I find it's not for me can step down and wait till I've gained that extra experience.
I am still a bit shocked but the positive input has definitely made a difference. We are all strong women who can do anything when putting your mind to it xxFaced up to debts April 2009: £43099:eek:

They are coming to snap us, and apparently its compulsory.
I don't like having my photo taken. I look like a hippocrocopig, I look like a freak (and I am a bit rebellious). I have offered to supply my own wee-mee style image, but basically they've told me that they will take my photo and that's it.... Are they allowed to publicly display it without my permission?
And how do I tell them no without being seen as a trouble maker?
Just catching up, and saw this. I know exactly how you feel. Previous employer used to publish staff photos in a magazine that went out to the public, when it was my teams turn I refused. They quoted my contract at me, in that any photos taken could be used for publicity purposes, but when I asked how they were going to 'force' me to have photo taken, they had no reply, as obviously they couldn't actually drag me into the room. They did however try the emotional/moral stuff "everybody else is ok with it" , "don't be a spoilsport".
Hope it got resolved.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

For Mindmappers : I've just been into Rymans and they have an offer on staedler fine line pens (10 pack). They are a really fine felt pen as opposed to the ball pen that MG uses.
They are normally £8.99 but until Tuesday there is £5 off and they are £3.99. I also got a 20% off voucher which is valid until the end of Jan 2011.

Good evening
Well didn't do as well as I did last year, but there are so many jewellery stalls I am surprised I sold at all!! I've got a double stall tomorrow as a few of the food stalls sold out and arn't doing tomorrow. So All my stock is now out for sale I might do a bit better.
I never sold 1 snowflake, was asking £5 for them, then dropped it to £4 the only thing is there are an awful lot of beads on them so can't really drop them down too much more. DT what was you selling yours for??
I think as I still have lots of jewellery here I am going to do a mse/Matrix Special on Monday.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

I'll be gutted if I am left with 30 bloomin' Snowman Soups to drink all by myself eek!
Claire - hope your weekend of selling has gone well.
