I went into my local T's,2nd time since the "non ban" was lifted, i used an m&s £5 off and a co op £5 off mocs and 7 others for products i had bought, I was "pounced" on by one of the line runner/supervisors that was part of the past vendetta, she wanted to see the coupons l had used and the product, when she saw that all was in order, she then just stared at me and waited for me to look away, needless to say l didnt,so she just walked off, l really dont think l want to go back into that store they make me feel so uncomfortable. l feel that the vendetta is still very much active.Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

Gotta agree with you DrWW, that was the point behind my post a week or so ago. Think it's worth trying the polite approach at the till and asking if you can show them their list of accepted competitor CS's. I've had the 'We don't accept M&S' on all but one occasion and each time politely shown the supervisor the list on their tills and 'Touch wood' they haven't argued, yesterday got me fave sa and she took it no problem....Gotta be worth the try rather than stirring up Dundee....As I said at the time if they insist that they still don't take it after you have shown them then I personally don't see any issues in complaining, either at CS (If they don't quote managers discretion) or Dundee if they do....:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS!

Got a £1 MOC? In real terms it's worth around £1.30!
Don't forget.....you don't have to pay tax and national insurance on the coupons you use. If you get a "free item" via MOC's there is no VAT eitherAKA; Mad, MM, MM5, Madicles  ©

Just been in our local Co-op and they have loads of bottles of wine on offer, I bought Rose 13% Luis Felipe Edwards, Ive never actually heard of it before but Im sure it will taste fine at £3 per bottle.:j
When going through the till I then received a £1 off £10 coupon:j
Have good holiday Bully!!
my OH who knows his onions about his wine came back v happy today as St Hallett Barossa 2008 Shiraz (Australian) was down to £4 and he says it's normally £9 - that's the proper real price and not a fake inflated price as the supermarkets normally do before a sale.
I had several £1 off a £10 till spit so made him go back in and split the shop :rotfl: As we are now on a more restricted 'pocket money' budget he was happy/happier to use the till spits :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I will get him using coupons...0 -
sorry but I can't remember is it ThriftybyNature or Thriftysister who had a baby?0

I agree that its not a good idea to contact Dundee more than necessary - in fact I have NEVER done so through all past moc problems etc, but it does get on my nerves that a supposedly company wide policy isn't implemented at a whim of store management, or due to lack of training.
As I didn't have an official letter or e-mail to show and I know well enough that I need to be able to back up what I say in my store, I had little choice but get my own info, my only problem is that the reply I got is not exactly clear in what it is telling me, so now I've had to ask for clarification. What I do from there remains to be seen, but if I think its the best course, then I'll just give it up as a bad job.So your answer don’t be scared of failure
For the only failure is never to try
