Help !! Just a quick one ....
I think (no, I know) I need to lose weight and I have decided to try tomorrow (lol). Does anyone remember the online offer that weightwatchers had where the cost was claimed back via Quidco. Have looked through forums and can't find it (can't even seem to find the weightwatchers thread).
Thanks
Eat breakfast like a prince...I have coffee/toast with butter and marmalade
Lunch like a king...absolutely anything I want /at least 2 courses
Supper like a pauper...bowl of cereal ..usually Cheerios
Throughout the day I drink lots of water and have only 1 cup of tea, without biscuits...I always had a couple of biscuits with a cup of tea, so by not drinking tea I don't want a biscuit
I eat as much fruit as I want...usually 1 or 2 oranges /banana/apple and grapes everyday, plus a handful of nuts
It really has worked, by eating a proper lunch I do not nibble in the afternoons....I also walk as often as possible, weather permitting I do a 3 mile walk around the nearby lake and gardens , I do try and do that at least 3 times a week, but often 5/6 times and I cycle along the canal towpath whenever I can, not done that for ages because of the weather. The fact is that I still lost weight during this cold weather without the walking/cycling...so the eating regime works...the excerise must just keep me fit.I never get the car out these days for trips to the dentist/doctors/hairdressers as they are all around a 3/4 mile walk from home...
