  • I've just plucked up the courage to come back on the site. I have now read this end of thread - couldn't last month as I was so upset by the replies to my question at the time.
I just wanted to post that I did eventually contest the deduction and got it refunded after a discussion with the LA.
Thank you to all of you who offered support at a very difficult time.

You can put other posters on "ignore" if you need to

spangdangly72 - i have acknowledged that my language may have been blunt, i have apologised, i have said that i need to check out posters numbers of previous posts to check out if i need to be more "sensitive" to newbie posters...... what more could i have done ?

was there any need to send me a rude private message as well ?

maybe forums are not for you ....

if you come here you must expect a variety of views .. some you will like - some you wont...

i cant even remember what your original problem was, since you have deleted it - so i wont comment further.

If you dont like my views - put me on ignore.... but dont play silly sods......

Do let it go Clutton - you seem to be verging on Jack Russell behaviour.

Usual rule btw is that what goes in a PM - whether rude or complimentary - stays in a PM, that's why it called a *Private* Message. It's perhaps understandable that the OP preferred to PM you, given the way you have previously responded to her queries and not just in this thread. You could simply have replied to the OP via PM.

Just as you want the OP to understand that she will get different response viewpoints, not all of which she will like, as seasoned posters we should all understand that not everyone appreciates our own personal style of posting
