Have you tried doing what I suggested in post#2?

You may be getting interference from your neighbours and need to change the wireless channel that you are using.

You need to do an exchange search on Samknows to find out what alternatives are available to you

If you are too far from the exchange, then changing ISP's will not help one bit. However, since you say that the service is 'fine ' when using ethernet, it is clearly just a wireless issue, so please change the channel as originally suggested by penrhyn 5 days ago.. If that doesn't work, you need to look at a new wireless adapter, or an alternative such as HomePlugs.

BTW - don't ring their expensive numbers again - google 'say no to 0870' lots of alternative number on there. Obviously this only works if you can connect to the internet!
