Id love to know where they get 8.9% from.

I have an annex with tiny gas and electricity consumption.

Their latest price 'increase' means I actually pay less per year.

I accept that my usage is totally unrepresentative.

With such tiny consumption and history of staying loyal to your tariffs, wouldn't you be better off with npower's latest online tariff and their £105 annual discount paid annually in arrears? Pop up your consumption figures on this annex and I'll have a look for you.

So some people are going up on 1% while others go up 20%. Sounds like a load of rubbish to me. And why would that be the case? I live in a big city, are you telling me its expensive to supply me with power?

People probably dont check around for a 9% increase, but 20%...

Last time I tried to change from Npower it took 18 months, these electricity companies need sorting out. I dont have 18 months living here to bother, but from what I can see now British Gas have become much cheaper.

Changes to gas prices mean that some gas customers will see a decrease in their annual gas bill.
...And why would that be the case? ...
It's a competitive market. The supplier can charge what they want.

If you don't like it, switch & ditch.
