Ebay how do they get away with this?

It's not as if the seller is not being upfront about exactly how much you need to pay. Unless you believe that EBay (an effective monopoly) charge reasonable fees then I suggest you give this seller a break.
But then us sellers who do abide by the correct rules will end having to pay for other people's greed, they will just up the fees for those of us who list correctly to make up for those who try to get away with it.0 -

He wasn't upfront as his auctions state £1 P&P for any additional items boughtI love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Can you post the ebay listings link ? So we can all name and same!!!!
I would be willing to do this. Some sellers believe they can do whatever they like. Dont do business with a guy who you cant trust. You wouldnt do business of some dodgy guy in the street.Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*
£11,860.00 needed = £1,106 in savings

I'm not sure naming and shaming here is forbidden, but it's pretty pointless... unless it's a team effort to get a shiller NARU or something.
What are we going to do, write a list of evil sellers not to buy from? What are the chances of us wanting to buy from that person anyway? My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
He has also now changed postage rates on all but 2 of his listings. I still haven't responded to his last email but was thinking along the lines of:-
"I'm not sure ebay will agree it was an error in the listing, as I have copies of your other listings offering discounted P&P rates for additional items bought. My actual bill states £1.00 P&P for second item. Also you have sent me an email stating that you charge excessive postage to avoid ebay fees, which I don't think they will look upon favourably. I would be grateful if you could send me both the items I paid for at the price you set"
Or is this pushing my luck?I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.
