Have to agree Pete - this is a brilliant company who deliver on time, in full, no errors - in my long experience with them - every single time. Three Cheers for Viking.

2 thumbs up from this MSE'er for Viking. I ordered a chair before I joined this site & the free gift was the wrong one & also slightly damaged so I spoke to them & they said dispose of the briefcase locally & we'll send you out the coffee machine.

Excellent customer service & fast too. Other online stores could take a leaf out of their book!
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out
  • Great company, placed my order it was there in the afternoon - amazing speed. They then rang the following morning to see if everything was ok!

Is there another company like this?

I have dealt with this company for many years. Can't fault their fast delivery. Recently I have shopped locally on similar products and have found them to be far cheaper. I rarely deal with them now.

Recently someone in the office was in urgent need of a colour inkjet cartridge - literally had to have it straightaway. Our office is in EC2 in the City and would you believe, places such as Rymans and PC World who have shops in the area do not stock a full variety of cartridges or have much stuff in stock. So I remembered Viking, who very kindly sent a picnic set with my first order which was placed a while ago. They mentioned in a welcome letter that they are able to deliver same day in our area. So I gave them a call to explain the urgency and immediately they were able to confirm that they had the cartridge in question in stock, and could deliver that same day between 2pm and 6pm. They also sold me 2 boxes of photocopying paper for 90p!

The goods arrived at about 4pm. All present and in order. The driver was even sensible enough to use our (small) parking bay round the back of the building and not on double yellow line at the front (Finsbury Pavement, viciously policed by money grabbing traffic wardens).

Even if a bit more expensive, Viking would be my choice particularly if stuff is needed urgently! ;):):D

Agreed - they are the best for service.

Maybe not the cheapest but not bad - and good service isn't cheap.

The MSE philosophy isn't cheapest is best - its about value...
