    Bear in mind you will have to return you VM Cable boxes or you will be billed up to £250 for them as they belong to VM,not you.That is why VM can replace faulty boxes for free whereas Sky charge £65 per service call after the initial 12 month is up.

    So, I called up SKY and this is the deal that they have offered me:

    Telephone Line Rental inc evening and w'end calls (fine by me) 11.50
    unlimited BB 7.50
    HD + multi room with Variety Pack + Style & Culture Pack 40.00

    58.50pcm

    Thoughts?

    Should I be looking to get a better deal - if so, what?
    Also, going via Quidco will give me £115 back (i think)

    costs = 58.50 x 12months + 20 setup fees - 115 quidco = 607pa ~ approx £50pcm.
    (I know this will increase with the VAT increase).

    looking forward to hearing from the MSE's ...

    you say that but twice when I moved house (so had to cancel virgin) asked when they will come and collect the boxes, both times they just told us to chuck them, so we just dropped them off at the electrical disposal/recycle bit when we next went to the tip, better there than in landfill (got to look after the environment)
