You could do it in whatever Babyb06.. the mix resembles a cake mix rather than a dough so you could even split it between some muffin cases or a muffin tin or a cake tin but nothing too big..MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000

I used to let DS2 sleep on his tummy on the settee through the day, as he never slept more than 10 minutes otherwise. You do what you need to don't you. I just went with, don't tell them. I went with the same proviso as you. While i am sat right next to them i will notice if anything is wrong.I get so cross, my sis in law has been so depressed because she has been getting it in the neck about her DD and her weight. Only 14Ib at 6 months old. Sis in law has been agonising about breast feeding/bottle feeding. I told her do what you want and ignore them, but i guess you need to realise it yourself.
My app food order was yesterday so i am sure yours will be today. I was impressed. All wrapped so well. The only thing was the lid popped off some custard powder, which is because i couldn't work out which side was the top, and then DS2 climbed on the box. I will probably use them more often now too. As long as i make space again to store it.
baby noticed your bread tin dilemna. If you don't want to splash out a lot, you could always get a silicon one from poundland. That is all i did and it is fab. I keep meaning to get some more.0 -
Minor stress out here... it's payday
but unfortunatly dh wages lower than usual because of paternity pay.. Feb was an expensive month as well with car, new beds etc so March will be tight/poor to keep us out our overdraft... Thankfully we are free from council tax this month..
Approved foods order arrives today and that has enough bread mix/roll mix plus store cupboard to do a fair portion of meals plus Mr A is bringing nappies, formula and other things for storecupboard like stock cubes, tomato sauce etc..
DH car insurance renewal came through a few weeks ago... I need to get onto that because the renewal cost is way OTT in my opinion..
Dh put dishwasher on lastnight and noticed it was leaking, a small seal on the connecter at the back seems to be perished so he will be visiting a plumbers merchants later today for another, quick look online shows them to cost about £2 for a whole new connector so thats some additional spends. planning on a seed order today as well as quite a few money off offers on the greenfingers part of this site so time to take advantage
I am just in a grumpy mood I think... feel like i'm treading through trecele at the moment.. I can't believe how much I spent this month..MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -

You fill me with joy at the prospect of meeting my HV later this year :rotfl:I'm sure I'll be fine though, I have this habit of when being told to do something to react [STRIKE]badly[/STRIKE] strongly. It runs in the family, my Mum married my Dad cause she got told not to!
Hope the dishwasher gets fixed.Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

ooh i have a silicone muffin tray, so will try that - am about to start making some tomato and red pepper soup and have all the ingredients in for your cheese bread recipe so going to try making some now. Although don't tell anyone at work that I am baking - i am supposed to be doing lots of urgent paperwork from home today - when in fact I have been to Mr T, done 2 lots of washing and painted my toe nails....! I may even hoover soon just to avoid work!
Try not to get down over February's spends - having a new baby must be v expensive and time consuming, I am sure you'll straighten yourself out - your figures in Part 1 of your diary were great and you did that with 2 kids.

Lilac, Hello,
Just popping in to say good luck for a mega tight March - I will be having one too so there will be solidarity down south. You are doing brilliantly with your lovely family and with sticking to your goals.
SquirrelPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -

Dishwasher fixed. £2.44 for the bit... my sister took all 3 kids out for a walk today so I had an hours peace t sit on my bum.. unfortunately my mum was here so i didn't get a nap. AF order arrived about mid-day and I still have not unpacked it.. not quite sure where I will put it TBH.. 3.5kg bags some of it... I think i need some flour storage buckets to keep it airtight once opened but i don't have anything suitable so its just tough!!MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
