OOTW - offer of the week.

Don't know of any link to acronyms. Just finding things out as I go along.

Oh dear. Last year's specially made set was very unimpressive and the packaging was awful. The year before it was in a lovely white "leather" case, and looked very special.

I bought the Ted Baker for DD, and that's the only OOTW that I've bought. The ACM offers are pretty uninspiring as well. Come on Mr Boots!!!! If you want us to spend our carefully hoarded money, you've got to offer better than this.

Mmmmm. Just thought. If there's loads left on the shelves and nobody buys much, that'll leave lots and lots for the 75% sale! :j

Sounds like a desperate attempt to make us spend some money. We haven't bought much so far so by putting a few good offers on together they might get some cash flowing.

Does anyone know where the list of acroynms is that used to be the first post in the Boots thread? Seems like they saved that on the locked thread so people could read it and the other faqs.

Edit: Found it! Here ya go. Just looked and the one it doesn't include is OOTW, lol, but lots of others.

You could probably just do a google search for that sort of thing, it's not a Bootsing acronym but rather just regular ol' forum/text shorthand. OH is Other Half, btw. DD is Dear Daughter (or maybe darling daughter), and ACM is about boots -- it's Advantage Card Machine, the thing in stores you put your boots card into to get coupons.

Yup. Haven't bought a single one so far. Just want the No7 ultimate collection box and the soap and glory one. Even though the p+p set is going to be half price at £45ish - it is still expensive for an OOTW, the most expensive one of the lot:(
