    DD has applied for BSc Midwifery at Cardiff, Oxford Brookes, Swansea, UWE, City (St Bart's) and Plymouth. Everyone she has spoken to has advised her about the dearth of jobs for NQ midwives - but her second career choice, physiotherapy is just as bad!

    I am a mature student and have applied to Newcastle uni to study agriculture for sept 2007

    At the moment I am doing a national diploma in animal management

  • My daughter has applied for chemistry with forensics, choices are manchester bradford hull leicester, loughborough and northumbria we are going on the next stage visits soon.

    Hey I'm from near Leeds but Durham rejected me ah well. Got offers from everywhere else think edinburgh will be fav now want to have a look round first etc. Gonna visit Aber too soon :)

    I'm applying for General Primary Teaching at the following uni's:

    1. Durham
    2. Hull
    3. Sunderland
    4. Northumbria (already recieved an unsucsessful message)
