Why are topcashback discriminating against people with poor eyesight by overusing captcha which is basically a data gathering service for google who now own it. some pictures are very poor and to have to use it to log in and then again to use travelsupermarket search is too much.
There's an audio option on all Captchas for people with poor sight anyway, just use that.0 -
I think you're asking the wrong people.

I'm not sure why you have pointlessly replied.
This forum is exactly the place to post my point.
I'm not even talking about an audio option and why should I even go through the hassle of using one. I have audio switched off for the web because of the constant blaring out upon visiting sites.

If you cant make meaningful comments on the actual subject of a post then don't comment at all.
And I find if you want to know why someone does something, ask them, not someone completely unrelated.
Of course you could have just been having a whinge, in which case don't phrase it as a question, then get annoyed when someone answers it0 -
My Quidco account seems to have been locked and I cannot access it. I have tried all the on line help but never get a password re set e mail. I have also sent messages asking them to help but get no response. I have no other way of contacting them can you or any of the other forum users advise please? Thank you0

I changed my gas & electricity supplier yesterday via the cheap energy club.I tried going thru the topcashback site and fed the same details to my new supplier, but the deals offered were different. The cashback though was £75.
Similarly I lost out on cashback from my car insurer as they did not match the quote on their site with the lower quote thru'the MSE comparison tool.
Is there a way around this so we can get the better deal and cashback both?
Thank you for reading and any help!0 -
For some reason Curry's nearly always never tracks when I use topcashback. When I submit a claim the answer usually comes back that the money has gone elsewhere. I once bought 2 things in 2 separate transactions one after the other. For some reason one tracked and one didn't.
I have recently used quidco again, first with samsung which tracked fine. I then bought something from Curry's and again it hasn't tracked.
I use a separate browser for my cashback shopping (Microsoft edge).
Curry's are going to lose out because if it doesn't track I will return the item and buy it elsewhere. I intend to always do this going forward as a matter of principle.
Do other people struggle with Curry's and cashback sites. I have to say I feel something underhand is going on and my opinion is they do anything they can to get out of paying out.
EDIT: Just wanted to add when I research stuff to buy I use chrome incognito mode before switching to edge to make the purchase. I'm wondering if I need to change my Ip address beforehand in the case of currys.0 -
