Email from E2Save about an order never placed?

I have just received an email from email address websales@e2save.com saying they are sending me a contract phone as ordered via DHL - does anyone know anything about this company?
I have not placed an order with any company for a phone, I would usually regard this as spam but they seem to have personal information in the email and they've linked to an external website (DHL) which is a genuine site to track my order.
Thanks

I'd be calling them querying it, it could be potential fraud or id theft.
E2save are part of carphone warehouse, they are not a small fly by night company.0 -
True; but they do attract a lot of flies for some reason...0

I have just received a text from e2save about an order to be delivered via DHL. This order was never placed by me so I assumed the text was dodgy and ignored it. Yesterday had a bill from TMobile was shocked. Called them up and they confirmed it looks like a fraud. Then called e2save and they said they cannot do anything because the goods have been delivered. They referred me back to Tmobile. Called up DHL also who confirm they delivered goods to my home address and they referred me back to e2save. I have not got any goods and am extremely worried. Anyone experiencing the same. Any advice would be appreciated0

T mobiles fraud team will run an investigation. There's nothing you can do until they finish. Once they've confirmed fraud the acc will be closed and that'll be an end of it, you'll hear no more about it.0

You need to check with t-mobile what bank account they intend to take the money from and then decide if you want to cancel. If it is not your account, then make sure they know.
You need to check with E2Save exactly when the order was placed. You also need the IMEI number.
Get T-mobile to bar it and cancel the sim. Also get them to send you a list of the numbers called and see if you recognise them.
You need to get from DHL a copy of the signature and delivery details - including time of delivery - to give to the police and to check and see if you recognise the signature.
If all this comes back and it looks like it is your bank account and the phone was delivered to your house, then you need to think who would have access to both.
Since it involves 3 companies, your bank a/c, someone in your house to take delivery, I would be worried that it could be an inside job. That is why you should look at the numbers called on the sim.0 -
