Thanks for the tips, I'll remember to call by card issuers when travelling outside the UK.
I didn't know audi had a no fee cc and after some research, it seems a better alternative to the Nationwide cc (6 months interest free on purchases).

As a side note, more providers are going the Mastercard route and ditching visa. Does this have anythng to do with lower loading fees?0
