I received this email regarding Ambassadors, and my return email kept bouncing back too. If you log on to their homepage and click on the contact us, you can send an email from there. I did this and received an email back with the questionnaire to fill in.
Hope this helps, would be really good to go to the cinema for free!!!:T

I used to tick the box to agree to give feed back, but I never did get anything sent to enable me to give feedback, or the whole link crashed, then I had to go back and start again to try and get the free tickets - which is why I had logged on in the first place
I would be quite happy to give feedback - but how do you do it ? Do they send you an email afterwards or what ?

I went to see the Upside of Anger. Enjoyable, funny in parts, cinema virtually empty - I won't go into detail as I don't want to spoil it for anyone. The phone call lasted way longer than they said, this made the tickets not free, but still a lot cheaper than if I had bought them full price ! - Then again, it was at an unearthly time on Sunday morning :eek:

This happened to me too, i got my email with the questionnaire very quick after emailing them

Hi,
can anyone who got the ambassador email please help, i have windows xp (microsoft works spreadsheet and not excel) and my email wouldnt open properly i have got bits of the form but not all of it, when i try and open it, it says:
Unable to load associated objects.
Associated objects such as an embedded chart were not loaded. All other data will remain intact.
I just wondered if anyone could tell me the questions i think i have the boxes but not all the questions, or if they can suggest something else, i would be very grateful.
the ones i can see are, name.. email.. postcode.. which is your nearest cinema.. are there any other.. male or female.. how do u spend?? do you take?? 5 favourite films.. how often can you usually go.. internet at home or work.. this is all i can read and the ones with question marks i dont understand because thats the only bit of the sentence i got!!!!

I absolutely luurrved 'Hollywoodland' tonight, late 50's tinseltown glamour, thought provoking plot based on a true story, truly entertaining and escapist

I also got an ambassador email today and replied yes but I think the email says only a 'chance to apply' so it might not happen yet.
