drontal making dog sick

I gave my dog Jack his Drontal worming tablet today but he was sick shortly afterwards. Obviously the tablet would not have been absorbed so he will need worming again. He was ok last time I used the Drontal - looked a bit sick but didn't actually vomit. I'd like to try something equally effective that won't make him sick…

My two had the chewy Milbemax ones last time around and were ok. I'd got the bread out all ready to squish into to get them to eat but they didn't need it with the new look tablets - I'm never quite sure how often to worm them though.
