Well all my Angel bottles have been refillable but I've never managed to get them open myself -lol - I leave that to the Dept store.
Seriously if she returns it as received and it's a non-refillable - then refund her -but she has to return it at her expense firstNoli nothis permittere te terere

Hi,
I have had several bottles of Angel, some of which have been refillable and some which have not. It is not obvious from looking at a photo which is which, but on the back of the bottle, on the silver top, it will say 'ressourcable' if it can be refilled.

I use Angel too and it is exactly at Puttytat says above. The bottles are identical except the refillable ones have ressourcable in very small writing on the silver lid. Are you sure yours had this on the lid?0

no im not sure, because i didnt know about it, i just presumed that as the others were refillable mine would be, so if she gets in touch i will refund

still not heard anything, i think it will go one of two ways, either nothing more or a complaint to ebay

If the item was misdescribed then why should she have to stump up the postage charge? And if the OP can't tell whether these bottles are refillable or not, I don't see how getting one of them sent back will change the situation.elisebutt65 wrote:Seriously if she returns it as received and it's a non-refillable - then refund her -but she has to return it at her expense first
I've also read on this thread that Paypal will insist that a buyer return the goods before resolving a dispute. It didn't happen to me - Paypal refunded me for a misdescribed item without me having to send it back (after the seller told me to send it back at my own expense for a refund and then ignored my requests for postage costs in advance). Was this because the item was only about £3?Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0 -
ill refund when she tells me what she wants to do, i gave her information & links to check out & asked her to tell me if it says resourcable on the back. if it doesnt its a genuine mistake on my part & of course i will refund in totality with no problem. but until she gets back to me im sat waiting.
