    You would be looking to have an unvented cylinder with a system boiler fitted.



    Or to keep what they have or replace one of them if need be rather than having the additional cost of an unvented cylinder that can be as much again as a new system boiler installation.

    Depends on what the OP wants now the situation is a bit clearer.I can't see how a Main water heater will serve all the h/w requirements very well at all.

    I would think in a five bed house a cylinder could be squirrelled away somewhere.(In the space taken by the cold tank perhaps?)
