If the ankle bit is wrong or the sizing is wrong, you maybe have a pair that shouldn't have gotten through quality control? I'd contact Cotton Traders and talk to them about it.

I actually decided to keep them in the end! i knew i wouldnt get them exchanged for a few weeks and didnt want to risk it with the snow being forecast (good job i didnt!) As it happens they are fine now ive worn them! they do pull my socks down though when im walking so when i get home my socks are hanging off the end of my toes lol

Mine are such voracious sock-eaters, I've taken to going sockless in them! I've tried thick socks, thin socks, long socks and short socks. All get scrunched up under my instep - very uncomfortable.

But lovely and warm and dry!

  • Thanks so much - ordered the ruby pair - short wait but hopefully they'll get here soon!
  • They have sent me another free delivery code G23R. Valid until 15th dec.
They told me to share it with everyone I know so here you go!

Not at all! Send em back, sounds like you have a faulty pair.
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D
