i also had a despatch email this morning and they were delivered at lunch time.

I have the same problem as cherrykerry, i also ordered a size 8 and they are too small, they're more like a 7 but the boot itself is quite big i can take them off without undoing them. Not a good fit at all!

I nearly ordered these boots but didn't as skint however I have just got a black and cerise pair of similar Tresspass boots from our local Factory Shop, they are soooo warm and comfy normal price is £25 but at the moment they have 20% off all ladies boots therefore £20 bargain:j:j

my mum pinched my first pair (a 5 too big) received a 4 today and they pinch my toes

typical lol im between a 4 and a 5 one size massively big 1 size a tad too small

That is exactly what mine are like. I can get them on but my toe is pinching at the end so I can't really wear them. The leg part is far too wide and I have wide legs anyway. Are you going to complain or just return them? Normally I have no problem with size 8 shoes but these are just too small. I also noticed on the left foot when you try and walk, a bit of the rubber round the ancle scrunches up. Its going to cost me to return them but there is no point in keeping them.

I should also add that my mum ordered herself a size 7 and they fit her fine.

i cant make my mind up what to do! i also never have a problem with size 8's, both boots are too small (i have one foot slightly bigger than the other) but i dont know whether they are small enough to hurt me eventually or just irritate me!

ive not looked at the rubber round the ankle but i will do. If you return your's i'd mention that as if they are faulty they will have to pay your return P&P!

Got mine today and LOVE them. So warm and comfy, can't wait to wear them on the school walk tomorrow ) Hoping it rains so I can splash in some puddles I bought a size 5 (am normally a small 5 or a 4) and they fit perfectly. x
