Not happy. Just logged on to my online banking and have been charged full price for both pairs of boots I ordered.

Did you double check the code had worked?

ETA, just checked my account and only charged £20.

What does your order confirmation email say? If the correct price is shown phone the company and see what they say.

Thanks very much....just got some black ones in store. I was lucky as I got the last size 8 (yes, the sizes do come up quite big) and after that there were only size 3s or 9/10s. Also they only come up to where a normal ankle boot does, and given they are generous in size, you should be fine if you have sizeable calves like me . They're not the most stylish boots, but they will be perfect if we get snow like last winter. The lining is very warm and the soles have an excellent grip.

I called the company and they told me that because I had used two offers (half price plus free delivery) that the free delivery code had cancelled out the half price offer! You can only use one code per order apparently.

I actually went to my local cotton traders store and they sales assistant gave me the leaflet with the half price code on it and told me to use it online to order the boots as the store had sold out of the size I wanted.

So, I was told on the phone I had to cancel the order and start all over again in order to get the boots half price. I still had to pay delivery though!!!!!!

i received mine today x not something id wear everyday iykwim (there practicle not stylish !) but great for wet days x will look ok etc under my jeans/waterproof trousers and save me from cold feet on the school run

im glad i have brought them as there going to be warmer etc than my current wellys whilst still providing basics of why we buy wellys (im chuntering on here lol)

i need to try them on first so im hoping as a size 5-6 the size 5 i got will be perfect

Has anyone who was on backorder had any news? When I ordered, 16th Nov, they said 1 week wait. I'm hoping they really are getting more and not simply sold out.
