LMAO believe it or not I am not tired even though I have just had a bath and foot massage and am all cosy.....sleep is just alluding me atm :(

My hubby doesn't get excited either but I just stick my tongue out at him then get him to take me shopping hehe that;s what happened earlier hehe

    :rotfl:

I've told him I'm not mentioning another word to him about anything to do with baby!......well until the morning when I remind him to get me a gym ball from Tescos.;):D

We were reading out the front bedroom and I found my gym ball, hubby laughs at me sitting on it swivelling my hips (he makes comments as well but I would only be embarrassing myself repeating them :P)

No it is good advice Princess Coupon , I had thought of trying it for a couple of days to give baby colostrum , which I know is super important ,but thought the hospital would bully me into keeping on going for longer. I do know I need to put my feelings aside for the baby , but it is a big deal and plenty of people do bottle feed. Guess I will need to wait untill baby arrives and just go with the flow.

One of my friends has really sensitive b00bs so decided to express rather than BF. But I agree that happy mummy=happy baby. I spent 3 months driving myself nuts trying to BF DD. This time I am going to try for a week and if it doesnt work then baby will go to formula with occasional expressed topups.

OH is 38 and Im 27 but people think we are the same age....21....eh?!?! I will never understand this. Infact up until 6 months ago I was still being ID'd every single time I bought alcohol.

  • It's so hard to ID people for alcohol these days though! Because the inspector people have started dressing up teenagers and they can sometimes look about 30. The issue is if you don't ID them, you can not only get personally fined but you also get a criminal record. I did the think-25 training when I was doing my sainsburys induction and I got all of the pictures wrong!

Anyway, goodnight ladies, I'm off to sleep so I don't oversleep tomorrow! :)

Argh! I have insomnia! Went to bed at half 10, bump did his/her usual nightly routine of kicking for half an hour and I was looking forward to a good nights sleep but nothing! Wide awake with no sign of sleep. Gave up 10 minutes ago because I realised I was being unfair on the other half tossing and turning all the time. He has to be up for half 6 for work and i'm beginning to think i'll still be up when his alarm clock goes off.

Oh the joys of pregnancy...I can't seem to stop whinging lately!
  • I know the feeling well Alfalfa......been up now since about 2am and hubby actually got up with me and we went for a walk in the rain to see if that would help.....came back and had a warm milk and honey then went back to bed but sleep is totally alluding me as soon as I put my head on the pillow unfortunately :( but I am absolutely shattered at the same time...so am now sitting on my sofa with my feet on my !!!!!! raised up and my blanket over my legs propped up with my cushions and if I doze off here so be it, at least I will have had some rest lol
