Thanks ladies, after more frantic googling I'm reassured to hear pea size blocked milk ducts are really common. I'll try and put it to the back of my mind now and try and get in docs on mon. Ive got my 28wk appt with MW on ties too so can mention it again.

Thanks guys, you lot are fab! Nite nite xx

Ooh could be a special poo on the way?!

Remind me about the 'special poo' thing again. I remember Fuzz talking about it.

To be honest my poo's have been a bit 'special' for a while :rotfl:

Its said that a special poo (diawotsit) is also a sign that labour is imminent, something to do with the bowel motion setting off early contractions, I presume cos its all cramped up down there? Oh and some say its natures way of an enema to make sure you dont poo in labour whilst pushing. Thats not true though, I pooed whilst pushing. I dont mind admitting it lol

I hate to dampen your enthusiasm MV, but I've had period cramps on and off since before Xmas and they haven't meant anything for me.

I'm not really sure the special poo happens to everyone either, my bowels have been working super-efficiently for a while now.

Has anyone heard from twoflower? Its her EDD today and I've been thinking/worrying about her.

LOL I think a lot of women do don't they? I remember when I was getting ready to push I said to the midwife oh I think I might need the toilet and she said no you'll be ok it's just because you are ready to push my response "oh ok.....but I might just do a poo too" I was so matter of fact about it:o! ah the wonders of g & a :rotfl: As it happens. as far as I'm aware, I didn't to a poo, I had quite bad sickness and diawoowoo in the early stages so don't think there was much left tbh!:D

Yeah me too, it must be such an emotional time for her, in all ways. :(

(Hugs) Annibee, i'm sorry you are having to worry about finances at the moment.

I don't have any useful advice atm but didn't want to read & run.

Thank you just the hug is enough :)

@Giz - Thanks I might post my soa over on the dfw board at some point.
The baby isnt the problem he's pretty much free since still got all lo's stuff like the washable nappies and ill breastfeed as with lo for 9 months so that costs nothing either lol so yeah baby is cheap its the unavoidable mortgage, c tax and other bills that are the problem. If oh hadnt lost his job or if he could get a job there'd be no problem at all theres just like no jobs going :( also if he was pregnant itd be alright because I have a lot of transferrable skills which means I would probs be able to find a job easier which would pay more than enough to cover everything.

Feeling a bit better though just trying to not worry too much. Theres nothing more I can do just pray oh gets a job or wins the lottery

    oooooo MV im excited......

We are missing a few ladies on here......ema....fantafan...all the others..where are you?

Awww lovely to see I was missed. Just got back from break away at tea time and it was sooooo relaxing. Was very cautious in the hot tub taking my temp before, timing my time in there and taking temp afterwards. Most time it went down due to the fact when you take the lid of them in minus temps it tends to start getting colder instantly!

Anyway, still got to catch up but as I'm in a confident mood....here's a pic of bump as I'm heading off to the tub.... (22+1) http://tinypic.com/r/1zewm0x/7 :j

And here's the view from the cabin. Highly recommended before any bumps come along for relaxation.... http://tinypic.com/r/1zd4pwj/7 :T

Give me chance to catch up and I'll be able to not be all me me me me in my post. Ooo, me me me had the flu jab before I went away and it does give you peace of mind I must admit. x :A
