anyone got theirs yet? Over two weeks now and I still haven't heard anything, not even a reply to the 'ticket' I opened!! How do they refund your money when you cancel?

I ordered mine on the 12th too, and opened a ticket on the 26th. Still heard nothing!

I too ordered on 12th, opened a ticket week or so ago, they did reply, standard email that others have posted here saying influx of orders, they will get through them as soon as they can....I have a vision of 1 very old man packing one little goody bag a day!! postage charge is expensive considering it's not exactly first class is it!

When I ordered I "paid" by Paypal, but no money was ever debited from my account - I assume that they were going to charge me when the order was despatched but I cancelled before this ever happened!

My Paypal account just said that I'd authorised the payment, then when I called up to cancel the order, they automatically cancelled the Paypal transaction.

When I rang to cancel my order I definitely got the impression it was a very small operation. Some lady from Accounts answered the phone and I had to wait for her to go and get "the man who deals with the orders"!

I can't believe that lots of you are still waiting. Hope they make your goody bags extra special.

I think I'll give it until Friday then, if others still haven't got theirs, as then they'll have had three weeks. I feel like I've paid for the lucky bag now really, as the postage for such a small and light item was so much. I wouldn't mind if the item had actually turned up a couple days after ordering but so many of us are still waiting!

I logged on today only to find that my ticket hasn't even been replied to. I have replied telling them what appalling customer service they have. If I don't have any action then I will be cancelling.

The only thing worth anything in the goody bags is the burts bees product by the sounds of things but they really don't want us to have anything do they?!
