Don't give up - mine arrived today and I'm happy with it! :j

The lucky bag contained the Burt's Bee lip balm (£3.49), Old School badge 'Hen' (£3.95), matchbox size airport playset (£1.95), old style pencil (20p?), Puffin books postcard (10p?) tube of Lovehearts and a couple of fruit salads - not at all bad for a freebie!

Hope everyone else's arrive soon.

Still waiting, this is getting ridiculous, but the goody bag is perfect to go with a something else for a friends secret santa....so I keep hanging on in there, but it's a month (virtually). Just replied to my initial ticket that I opened a while back...
basically telling them that I want my order!!

I recieved mine within about 3 days of my order. It could be with the large amount of people ordering and the amount of Snow thats been around could be the problem.

Maybe if you called you could persuade them to hurry?! Eventually cancelled my order (over the phone) but am still following this thread with interest/sympathy.....feels like forever!

Nope. The only reason I haven't cancelled yet is because I've been out! I haven't even heard back from my ticket yet, even after I opened it then replied to it again to tell them what bad customer service they have.

I want the bag but I really don't think they will actually send it. Four weeks is far too long to wait when we've paid so much for postage and are in the same country!!! I will give one more day then cancel tomorrow evening. I only spent £2.70 or something for my actual order so I doubt they will send that and the goody bag, especially as others got their order weeks ago. I imagine they think that if they ignore our orders it'll go away!!!!!
