I placed an item in the basket-cheapest is kids spoon £1.95 and entered the code, took item out and the lucky bag stays.

Just done the same....I ordered the spoon at £ 1.95 + the code for the lucky bag.

Are you using Paypal? I got the same until I used my debit card. That went through fine
