This is awful....I still haven't received mine, think I will just cancel it especially if not all of them have the burts bee product, that was the only decent bit!

They've set it so that I can't actually 'submit' a ticket to request a refund as it says I have no items (although on every other page it says I do have items!).

I have submitted a general question asking to cancel. I am quite annoyed to be honest, they haven't replied to any of my tickets so far!!!

Wowser! I'm feeling your pain :(

I won't bother shopping with them again in future. Their products are lovely but their prices certainly aren't anything special and their Customer Service would be absolutely appalling if it even existed at all!
  • OK anyone actually able to get on to the website today? I was going to cancel the order but I can't get it to work!

Well I got on the website but couldn't see how to cancel, so I just replied to my own ticket (someone had to) and told them how rubbish they are and to cancel it. Then I found the email address: info@bloomsburystore.com and sent a similar email giving them a piece of my mind! I just want to make sure they don't charge me!
