The floodgates are now open, the HPC louts all come over with their silly little HPC gang, make silly little comments(mainly to Sibley) and then run off back to HPC giggling, and then thank each other to death.
I will tell you a little truth guys, one that most of you deep down probably already know(realisticbear does). Your analysis over the years has probably been spot on, economy, the politics, the banks. What you fail to see now(except you old No 1 poster) is that it has all now got to big to fail. So many people have been loaned so much money they can hardly pay back, that every thing is now geared to protecting the reckless.
Its unfair i know, for those that waited and saved, for those that listened to all that bragging 5 years ago and ignored it, its unfair, but thats the truth.

I too want a second chance, i want to make a new home for myself after losing my first, i did the sensible thing and worked hard blah blah blah, there is no point screaming at the moon like most of you are doing. Housepricecrash is failing and it will ban anyone who dares to suggest it, its name should now be changed to I WOULD LIKE A HOUSEPRICECRASH.
I said it before and i will say it again(just not on HPC because they are scared), many of you have a just argument, get on the streets and fight for what you want.

I'm not sure which is worse, the way so many threads in this section of MSE finish up with discussions about sex life in Thailand, or drama-queen comments like the above.

Once upon a time, and not too long ago either, people were out on the streets fighting for what they wanted. . . but it was all slightly more important than a drivel-some Internet forum obsessed with the irrelevance of whether the price of a home in the UK is to go up or go down.

Are you sure? I only recently answered someone on here fro whom it was very relevant. It will determine where I live in 5 years time. You must be very rich for the price of housing to be irrelevant to you.
