watcherman (sorry for bumping this back up, but you may be able to answer a couple of my questions), I spotted the 14 day money back guarantee for non grocery items on their website, so you can confirm this applies to mobile phones?

I bought a PAYG Blackberry from them yesterday evening, totally rash purchase, needed a new business phone, liked the look of it in the store, got home, hate it. Now, all I have done is open the box & took the phone out, didn't even take the phone out of the bag it was in, but in that time I noticed that it differs from the one on display (display model didn't have o2 advertising on it, one in box does) and I have since found out that exactly the same phone is £10 cheaper from o2 themselves (not that I want the thing, but it's another bit of ammunition to hit Tesco with!). Anyway, everything is sealed apart from the box, do I just need to quote their 14 day guarantee to them? I am in an utter panic as I kinda realised the moment I opened the box that there was no going back, then instantly hated it and knew I wouldn't get along with it. I am just hoping for a hassle free exchange or refund.
