Maybe we should have a club for amazing Mums :rotfl:0 -
I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone. I really don't know what I'd do without the support of everyone here and it's so great when you guys can help me see the wood for the trees. Ste and I have decided to use our £2 fund for Ash's birthday. Luckily we'd already got her a present (a junior trampoline as she's got a thing for jumping over everything and bouncing. lol). We're starting again so to speak with the debt account. What's in there at the moment is our new starting point and we'll just carry on from here and take it one thing at a time. As long as we don't get any more nasty surprises we won't need to dib into it now Ash's birthday is sorted and we'll just have to manage for the rest of the month. I don't normally spend anything except for going to toddler group on a weds which costs £1.50.. and Ste normally only spends £3-£4 a day so we should be ok. Just praying that Ste passes his driving test now (It's on tuesday.. but shhhhh don't tell him I told....)...
Thanks again guys. What would I do without you. I still want to cry.. but they're just tears from being overwhelmed at the love and support...Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Awww hun just read your posts, please don't feel bad. You're NOT a bad Mum - totally opposite. Ashli will have a lovely birthday and won't remember the park (sad but true) but glad you've got it sorted anyway. If you lived closed to me you could've borrowed my Marwell pass.
Just remember you're doing a fab job, both clearing the debts and being a fab Mummy xx"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

IA you are doing a wonderful job debtbusting and raising your two lovely little girls - you're the same age as me and it scares me a little how much more grown up than me you seem and how sensible you are! You're doing an amazing job of raising your family, I on the other hand am a student with no clue about what I'll be doing after graduation (this July  ) who this morning couldn't drag herself out of bed to go and sit through 4 hours of listening to other people talk! :rotfl:2007 Bronze Olympic Challenge: Total £1057.34 :jDFW Nerd 269: Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0

I've seen you on these boards, supporting others even when you've been going through rough patches yourself - you deserve a bit of love and support too
