It reminds me of Lewis first birthday last year my sister bought him the bet of brum dvd and then was the only one in the room watching it!!!
lol.. We got the cbeebies official album for Ashli and it's got the 'brum bum wiggle' on it... it's so catchy and I always find myself singing it... you can spot parents a mile off.. they're always the ones doing the washing up singing kids tv tunes! LOLTotal 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

£270.30 already in debt account :j
£9.80 to replace money used for food
£24.09 saved from our weekly saving challenge :T
£82.43 tc transferred over today
£82.43 tv going in on weds
£60 in £2 tin just needs opening and banking
= £529.05 :T :T :T
Meaning that we can call boxclever and cancel. Unfortunately another payment for it would have gone out by then but at least we can get rid of it finally and save ourselves nearly £40 a month! I was talking to Steve last night that I'm more exciting about saving the £37 a month than I am about getting a new tv! How sad it that (But truly DFW LOL.)
Have also worked out that after the tv is paid for the rest of the tax credits/child benefit etc for the rest of march and april (and first week in may before my mat leave ends.) will come to £743.63 meaning that we can pay off dotty p's and still have about £270 to go towards barclaycard not including anything extra we can save.. We obviously won't be able to save any next week as it's Ashli's birthday and we're having a party for her as well as taking her to the safari park.
As for the job I've given up hoping now. Talked to my friend last night and she's said they've had a shift around of staff and she doesn't even know if they're still going to employ a nursery assistant so I'm going to concentrate on the childminding I think. I'm fed up of being dragged along waiting so the original plan of paying off as much as possible and leaving work altogether come May. My childminding meeting is on the 27th March.
I may be wrong but I think in April you have to update the tc with your expected income for the year? Considering my income for the year will be £44 (which is maternity pay as they discount the first £100 of SMP.) our tc may actually go up in April anyway, will give them a call after April 5th and find out. Who knows. We may be able to pay barclay card off sooner as well if the tc come good!
Just have to hope and pray that they don't !!!! up my pay again next month. Ste will be losing some of his wages from paternity pay so we're expecting a good £140 less than normal so we're very reliant on my pay and we may even have to use a week or 2's tc to get us through april. Oh the joys eh? We'll cross that bring when we come to it though!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Good morning IA, glad its all come together with the TV, was reading your post yesterday about it, I'm sure it'll keep OH happy. Its good news that you can still pay off the Dotty P card as well.
Yeah, TC will contact you in April/May time and ask you about your expected income for the next financial year. Hope something happens soon with regards to the childminding.0 -

I've joined up in the last month and got £11.60 so far!! It's easy.... and you can get dotty p's vouchers - didn't know if these could be used towards your debt.
